The more I go closer to mama Nature, the more I feel in tune with my self.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you ever just go out and breath the air, admire the leaves and the different shapes and shades of green, orange, or yellow and get lost in that perfection?<\/p>\n

I’m simply in awe with the simplicity of nature. Now I live in Krems an der Donau, and I’m surrounded by beauty. 5 mins by bike I’m next to the river, 10 minutes walk I’m around vineyards and beautiful hills. This is exactly what I needed in these times. A quiet and beautiful place to go home, to go outside and write, read, draw, get inspired, tune out the world, and tune in my inspiration.<\/p>\n

Last night I was asking some questions:<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf3fWhat would it take to grow like nature?<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31What can I learn and receive from nature to be as abundant and glorious as she is?<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf40What energy and Consciousness can I be to be the greatest contribution and healing for the Earth?<\/p>\n

You can also ask these questions and see what shows up in your life. For me it’s a wave of infinite joy and inspiration to take action and love myself and my life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What emotion is the driving force of your choices and decisions?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As much as I don’t like to admit… mine are most of the time coming from a place of judgment and fear. Oops \ud83e\udd2d I said it. But don’t worry. By admitting that this is holding me back, and being aware of this pattern, I can become willing to let it teach me a valuable lesson.<\/p>\n

For example, when I create a new social media post, I overthink the outcome. Will it get good engagement, will people like it? Will they read it and learn something? Will it bring value to their life? And so on. But 99% of the time I’m too anxious about the results so I end up not even posting at all.<\/p>\n

So…what if instead of following the social media coaches, marketing experts, and best-selling entrepreneurs, and big numbers influencers I’ll follow my inner voice and intuition? That’s scarier – because if I fail then, it’s because of ME and I can’t blame it on someone else’s advice or idea.<\/p>\n

So I’m learning again and again that failing isn’t the enemy that it shouldn’t be avoided at all costs. It’s the driving force to most change and learning!! But what chances am I losing from my unwillingness to fail?? All of them because I don’t even take them. \ud83e\udd37\ud83e\udd26<\/p>\n

What would it take for me to become less invested in the outcome of my creations and have fun even if no one is reading my articles, liking my posts, or joining my classes? \ud83e\udd23<\/p>\n

It’s def scary but that’s my lesson this year. Take risks and do uncomfortable things, even if there will be a chance they might fail. Oh and also, learning to create from a place of curiosity, wonder, and light. \ud83e\udd17<\/p>\n

Life’s a blessing and every day is a celebration. \u2728<\/strong><\/p>\n

My biggest life dream is to own a retreat center in the mountains in Romania and organize mindful and nurturing experiences for people from all over the world. So I’ve been asking the Universe to guide me in that direction.<\/p>\n

Here are 3 easy peasy practices that will improve your mood.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc96 Gratitude – think about 3-5 or more things that you’re grateful for. Let the energy of gratitude fill your body and cleanse any negative emotions you feel.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf1f Positive affirmations, for example, “All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory.”<\/p>\n

\ud83d\ude4f Questions! My personal favorite! Questions open up the space for infinite possibilities. And what I love about these questions is that you don’t answer them! Simply ask them and let the Universe surprise you with little joys and gifts throughout the day.<\/p>\n

“How does it get better than this?
“What else is possible?”
“What can I learn from this?”
“How can I change this?”
“What’s right about this I don’t see?”<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd14 Something else to ponder: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you the pilot or the passenger of your life?<\/p>\n

Are you just watching and observing life happening to you, or are you willing to be in charge?<\/p>\n

What if you would acknowledge that you have the infinite power to create anything in your life, by choosing and taking action?<\/p>\n

Perceive how you’d like your life to be. Even if it’s beyond this reality.<\/p>\n

Follow that energy.<\/p>\n

Storytime \ud83d\udc47 What a rollercoaster of a year. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Lots of wishes and dreams came true, although I closed my eyes and I didn’t want to acknowledge them just because they didn’t come in the shape, way, or form I was asking them to arrive. <\/p>\n

At the beginning of this year I promised myself I’ll stop exchanging time for money, and I’ll start generating money from my truest passion. <\/p>\n

That looked totally different in real life than in my imagination. <\/p>\n

I thought I’ll quit my online job and start an Access Bars business. That I’ll work in person with people’s bodies and minds. I thought I’ll get that real and raw connection I was missing for many months as a freelancer. <\/p>\n

And then we all know what happened. <\/p>\n

I’m not gonna lie, the pandemic caused me a lot of emotional unbalance, and I had to reconsider everything I’ve decided about my life. <\/p>\n

And while reflecting upon my life, my work, my financials, my abilities, and the difference I am in the world – I noticed that I was functioning from a lot of limiting beliefs and judgments. <\/p>\n

For example, I would wake up and feel sorry for myself that I have to work online because I missed working in person with people.<\/p>\n

So I started to work on shifting my mindset to:<\/p>\n

I’m so grateful to work with a team from all over the world, from the comfort of my home.<\/p>\n

Or: I have to exchange my time for money, I’m such a coward for not finding more clients for my own business. <\/p>\n

Changing that to:<\/p>\n

I acknowledge that this creates ease joy and glory in my life, and I trust that all creations happen in divine timing. <\/p>\n

Of course, I’m still working on these and many others. Reprogramming and training the mind takes practice. Just like working out. You have to be consistent and persevering and not judge yourself on the bad days. Eventually, you’ll reach your goals by taking small or big steps every day. You’ll run those 10k, practice daily gratitude, break through those limiting beliefs, and everything else that you set your mind to. <\/p>\n

Keep an open mind and don’t give up on yourself. <\/p>\n
