You might not know this about me but I LOVE<\/strong> to read. <\/p>\n

Reading has been an infinite blessing to my life because it always allowed me to enter my own world of magic, fantasy, and fun. And later on in life, it has become a portal of transformation, and growth. If you’re talking with me for over one hour, you’ll definitely hear me recommend some books.<\/p>\n

Here is a list of 10 books everyone should read:<\/p>\n

1. The Alchemist – Paulo Coelho<\/strong><\/p>\n

This book is in my opinion a classic when it comes to manifestation, alchemy, and trusting your intuition. I read this book for the first time when I was 20 years old and I was wondering if I should follow my dreams and travel, or wait more in my hometown to get some work experience. As the Andalusian sheppard in the story, I had to take a risk and follow my heart to find my treasure.<\/p>\n

2. Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One – Dr. Joe Dispenza<\/strong><\/p>\n

Where do I even start with this book? Well, it will teach you the ways that your mind and body are the ones that are running the show, and how your past conditioning and your thoughts are controlling your present. You won’t be able to put this book down, knowing that at the end you’ll be taught and guided a 4 weeks meditation practice to change one aspect that isn’t working for you right now.<\/p>\n

3. A New Earth: Awakening Your Life’s Purpose – Eckhart Tolle<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wow, this book has such ancient wisdom! I can’t even begin to describe the infinite way this book has contributed to my awareness that all we have is the present moment. And to become the observer of the thoughts, the pain body, and the trauma – for it to not take us by surprise.<\/p>\n

4. Big Magic, Creative Living Beyond Fear – Elizabeth Gilbert<\/strong><\/p>\n

This book was written for creatives, artists, and free souls. It has opened up a creative portal in my soul and I’ve been embracing my inner artist ever since!<\/p>\n

5. The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich – Timothy Ferriss<\/strong><\/p>\n

I read this book at the beginning of my travels and I think that it defined the way I started to see work as part of a nomadic life. I couldn’t live to work anymore. I had to learn ways to decrease my work time, outsource, automate, have different income streams, and be confident in how I’d like to spend my time outside of work. I recommend this book to everyone with an entrepreneur and a nomadic soul. And actually, even if you don’t identify as those things, it would be an amazing introduction to a new world.<\/p>\n

6. Digital Minimalism: On Living Better with Less Technology – Cal Newport<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the middle of a burnout, in the pandemic, I was spending so much time online, working, reading, watching documentaries, and learning. I was feeling tired every morning and every evening like a neverending cycle of anxiety and stress took over me every second. And then someone recommended me this book. I read it and a light bulb went on. I didn’t have any digital boundaries. Ever since reading this book, I’ve become so aware of the hundreds of ways social platforms are interfering with our consciousness, and I’m learning new ways to navigate my social media habits as a content creator and social media manager.<\/p>\n

7. Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind – Yuval Noah Harari<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of my favorite books to date! When I was going to work in London I used to listen to music and read this book on the bus, on the metro, or waiting to start a shift. The author has a magical and fascinating way of presenting the evolution and history of mankind in a way I never heard before. By the end of the book, I thought to myself “Oh my, maybe I like history and anthropology after all.”<\/p>\n

8. The Wim Hof Method, Activate Your Full Human Potential  – Wim Hof<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started practicing the Wim Hof method, cold showers, and ice-bathing in November 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since. By reading the book I learned so much about the healing powers of Breath and Cold Exposure! After I’ve been reconditioning my mind to enjoy the cold, not fear it. If you hate the cold, like I use to, please read this book and your whole perspective will shift!<\/p>\n

9. Being your, changing the world – Dr. Dain Heer<\/strong><\/p>\n

I had to add this amazing book to the list! I read it 3 times since 2019 and I’m in awe! In so many personal development books we are told to be, learn or do something to grow and change, but this book is all about returning to your true self, just being you the way you are and accepting and loving yourself. Stop judging yourself or start thinking about the ways you are wrong. This book taught me so many incredible tools and began my energy healing journey through the technique of Access Bars!<\/p>\n

10. The Shamanic Path to Quantum Consciousness: The Eight Circuits of Creative Power – Laurent Huguelit<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was recommended this book by a friend who was in training to become a shaman. After reading it my whole consciousness opened up to a totally new world of awareness. If you are fascinated by shamanism, spirituality, and healing, this book will be a pure delight!<\/p>\n
